Dry Fruit Payasa

Dry fruits simmered in milk. Cane sugar, Cardamom, Saffron, ghee

Badam Halwa

Almond Fudge. Ghee, Saffron, Cane Sugar

Basundi

Milk simmered over slow fire to incorporate milk solids. Flavored with cardamom, saffron, cane sugar

(V) - Vegan, (S) -Spicy.
