Rotti pairings

Genasu palya (V)

Roasted Sweet potato cubes seasoned with chili powder, mustard seeds and crisp curry leaves

Thondekayi-cashew palya (V)

Sauteed Ivy gourd, softened cashew bits, green chillies, fresh coconut, curry leaves

Badanekayi pudi palya (V)

Cubed Eggplant, potato, bell pepper and onions sauteed with a freshly roasted house blend of dry red chillies, whole spices and dessicated coconut.

Avarekaal saagu (V) (S)

Hyacinth beans cooked in a robust wet mix of fresh coconut, green chillies, cilantro, ginger, whole spices

French Beans gojju (V) (S)

Diced french beans cooked in a tongue tingling paste of dry red chillies, fresh coconut, whole mustard, tamarind and jaggery

Kadalekaal Usli (V)

Boiled black chickpea, fresh coconut shavings, tempered with whole mustard, green chillies, cilantro

(V) - Vegan, (S) -Spicy.
